A reservation is made by paying a Priority Deposit of 10% of the product price. Your position in The Queue is set by the total amount paid; equal amounts are ranked by payment date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your capture program begins.
Every deposit is fully refundable until your capture program begins. Details are set out in our Refund Policy.
The Vault is delivered to the address you provide once your order reaches the “Preparing your Vault” stage. Installation is available as a white-glove service. Hardware is covered by warranty as required by applicable law; details are confirmed in your order documentation.
A Teraself is a faithful imprint of a mind — not an identical copy or a continuation of a person. See the FAQ for an honest description of what an imprint can and cannot do.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid. These terms are governed by the law of [Země / jurisdikce]; disputes are resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
