Every Priority Deposit is fully refundable until your capture program begins. To request a refund, write to [email] from the address linked to your account. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of your request.
Deposits up to the product price are credited toward your purchase. Any amount paid above the product price is a priority service fee and is refundable under the same terms until your capture begins.
Once your capture program has started, deposits are no longer refundable, because specialist time and hardware are allocated to you.
