When you create an account or reserve: your name, e-mail address, country, and the delivery details you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and e-mail address from Google.
The content of your imprint — your memories, conversations, photographs, documents and every interaction with your Teraself — is created and stored exclusively on the Vault in your home. It is never transmitted to Teraself servers, never uploaded to any cloud, and we have no technical means of accessing it. This is a binding commitment, not a marketing claim.
We use only cookies necessary for the site to work (sign-in session, language preference). We run no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
